On the day of your reservation, please go to the end of the pier in front of the metal gate; a member of our team will open it for you and escort you on board.
Once on board, after placing your shoes in the designated shoe rack, you can proceed to the first cabin, where you can change and take a shower.
You will then have access to the sauna. It is heated by a wood fire, and the temperature will range between 80°C and 90°C. For this first session, we recommend that you sit on the lower bench first, as the heat is less intense there. There is no minimum time requirement; the experience should remain enjoyable. You decide—every body reacts at its own pace and has a different heat tolerance threshold. Ideally, you should notice light sweating. However, we recommend not exceeding 15 minutes.
After this first session, we invite you to rehydrate and cool off. Here are four ways to do so, from the gentlest to the most intense:
Step out onto the deck for some fresh air.
Use the flip-top shower bucket for an invigorating “shot.”
Take a dip in the seawater in the designated area.
Or lie down in the cold baths on the rooftop.
Once you've cooled off, you can move on to a second sauna session. We recommend repeating this cycle three times.
Finally, to round out your experience on board, we are pleased to offer you a hot beverage (tea or herbal tea) that you can enjoy on the rooftop while taking in the view, or in the comfort of the cabin.
We also offer a selection of other cold beverages, water, and alcoholic drinks (wine, champagne, beer). These beverages are subject to a charge; you can pay by credit card directly to a crew member. Alcohol consumption is limited to two drinks per person.
Yes, we have a large rooftop terrace where you can relax, with plenty of space to lounge outdoors.
On board, you'll find a hot shower, a cold shower (with a bucket), and a dry toilet.
You are welcome to bring additional snacks and drinks.
However, we ask that you avoid foods that stain (fatty foods and berries) to protect our light-colored wood.
Our cruises are open to guests aged 12 and older, provided that a parent or legal guardian is present and has signed a liability waiver for the child.
Pets, including service animals, are not allowed : please leave them at home !
There are two types of experiences available : dock-based sessions (Port Stop) or sea-based sessions (Cruise).
Each experience can be either shared or kept private.
Dock-side sessions (port calls), whether shared or private, last 1 hour.
Cruises last 1 hour and 30 minutes for shared tours and 2 hours for private tours. If you’d like to book a longer cruise or rent our saunas for your private event, please contact us by email.

For private or shared cruises and dock rentals, cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of the reservation will result in a refund or rescheduling.
You can become a member for just €49 a month and enjoy unlimited shared sauna sessions at Escales.

Our sauna is easy to use, and our team will guide you through the process.
Our saunas are wood-fired and the temperature ranges from 80 to 90 degrees.
Don’t worry, we have a relaxation area sheltered from the weather and the heat.
You can also take a dip in the sea or in the cold baths to cool off, or use our bucket shower on board!
We advise against pregnant women using the sauna, but you are welcome to enjoy the rest of the boat, as there is plenty of space to relax outside the sauna !
A swimsuit (compulsory) and a towel.
You might also want to bring a bottle of water, as it’s important to stay well hydrated during your sauna session.
On board, you will have access to water, and a hot drink (tea or herbal tea) will be provided.
You can also hire a towel (€3).
For group sessions, we limit the number of participants to 8, for private bookings, we can accommodate groups of up to 12 people.

We have a fully qualified professional skipper who will meet you at the jetty and take you on your cruise.
We set sail from Moulin Blanc harbour, sail along the beach and the red sands, and, weather permitting, continue on to Camfrout Cove at the mouth of the Elorn.
During the "Escale" sessions, you can relax in our secure area next to the boat, or in the cold plunge pools on the rooftop.
During cruises, weather permitting, your captain will invite you to swim from the boat and even jump from the rooftop, where a dedicated diving area has been specially set up.
Our boats cannot sail if the wind exceeds 15 knots or if the sea is too rough.
However, if you wish, you can enjoy your on-quay sauna session at a reduced rate, or we would be happy to book you another session for a full experience at a later date.
